Please read before booking!

We are a small team and have a large regular client base already, and due to this new clients can only snatch up an appointment with us through any cancellations.
Online bookings are only shown 3 weeks in advance so if there is nothing showing available we are fully booked but recommend checking regularly as we do get cancellations all the time
As there are a large number of clients trying to get an appointment with us also we do not have a waitlist for new clients at this stage.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding
Because the Curly Community thinks we’re a bit special , all bookings require a booking fee of $50 at the time of booking. The booking Fee is NON Refundable but of course this booking fee is transferable to another day and time or used towards products if the salon is notified with enough time for us to fill your booking time (24 hours minimum is ace!)

Sometimes we will take your credit card details as security(usually if you have rebooked) in which case we will deduct the booking fee from you if you do not notify us that you can’t make it.
IF you wake up feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please email us to let us know and we will arrange for your deposit to be deferred to another time when you are felling well. Please do not attend the salon if you are unwell.
