We are a small team and have a large regular client base already. Due to this, we are currently unable to accept bookings for new clients.

We have already got an extensive waitlist, so we won’t be able to take any new names for our waitlist, either.

We are working so hard behind the scenes to build our team so that we can increase our appointment availability for all (please, if you know anyone looking for work, send them our way!)

CANCELLATION POLICY, PAYMENT AND SURCHARGES

  • Yeah The Curls reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% if cancellation within 24 hours or fail to arrive to your appointment.

  • If paying by Credit Card surcharges will apply. A 0.83% surcharge is applicablefor  VISA, Mastercard  and Amex. Eftpos and Cash does not incur a surcharge. A surcharge of 10% will occur on Saturdays.

  • It is very important to arrive to your appointment with your hair prepared. If it is not prepared correctly for your appointment this affects the entire timing of our day and there will be a surcharge of $60.

If you wake up feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please email us to let us know and we will arrange for your deposit to be deferred to another time when you are felling well. Please do not attend the salon if you are unwell.
