Please read before booking!

We are a small team and have a large regular client base already. Due to this new clients can only book appointments within the next 8 weeks, as we need to keep future appointments available for existing clients to rebook.

Online bookings are only shown for the next 8 weeks so if there is nothing available we are fully booked but recommend checking regularly as we do get some cancellations πŸ˜€

You can also add yourself to our waitlist with your availability!

Because the Curly Community thinks we’re a bit special , all bookings require a booking fee of 50% at the time of booking. The booking Fee is NON Refundable but of course this booking fee is transferable to another day and time or used towards products if the salon is notified with enough time for us to fill your booking time (24 hours minimum is ace!) .

CANCELLATION POLICY, PAYMENT AND SURCHARGES

  • Yeah The Curls reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% if cancellation within 24 hours or fail to arrive to your appointment.

  • If paying by Credit Card surcharges will apply. A 0.83% surcharge is applicablefor  VISA, Mastercard  and Amex. Eftpos and Cash does not incur a surcharge. A surcharge of 10% will occur on Saturdays.

  • It is very important to arrive to your appointment with your hair prepared. If it is not prepared correctly for your appointment this affects the entire timing of our day and there will be a surcharge of $60.

If you wake up feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please email us to let us know and we will arrange for your deposit to be deferred to another time when you are felling well. Please do not attend the salon if you are unwell.
